Drivers are professionals who know their delivery areas and will check the address before handing over goods.
Nevertheless, pressure is high and so it might happen that the driver picks up the wrong package from their truck or stops at the wrong house.
𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀® helps to avoid delivering goods to the wrong address by
automatically checking the driver’s location against the geofence of the
pickup and delivery stop (location check).
When the driver scans a shipment at the wrong location, 𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀® notifies the driver ensuring correct delivery!
𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻
All orders can be geocoded in 𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀®, i.e., the geo-coordinates
of the collection or delivery location/place are transferred with the
order.
𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀® uses geofences around pick-up and delivery stops. Passing
geofences will trigger additional status events and messages for
collection and delivery orders.
In that way, 𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀® not only helps delivery drivers to match the
proper delivery stop but also the dispatchers to monitor delivery in
real-time.
